Delicious Mango Salsa Recipe

Mango Salsa

Serving: 4-8 | No cooking needed!

Ingredients:
1 Mango
1 Red Onion
1 Red Pepper
1 cup Pineapple (crushed or small chunks)
½ – 1 cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
1 – 1  1/2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 – 1  1/2 tablespoon Hot Sauce
1 – 1  1/2 tablespoon Lemon or Lime Juice

Mix Ingredients:
Cut mango in small pieces.
Chop red onion, red pepper and cilantro.
Combine mango, red onion, red pepper, pineapple and cilantro.
Add brown sugar, hot sauce and lemon or lime juice (to taste).
Tastes best if left in refrigerator overnight.

Cilantro herb
Cilantro is also known by the name Coriander and Chinese parsley. There can be a difference in flavor so stick with cilantro for this recipe.

Try this dish:

  1. Make your favorite quinoa and black Beans recipe.
  2. In a serving dish, add fresh spinach or arugula. Top with a favorite vinaigrette (like raspberry).
  3. Then layer with quinoa, black beans and your favorite meat, fish or veggies.
  4. Top with mango salsa.
  5. Enjoy!
