Serving: 4-8 | No cooking needed!

1 Mango
1 Red Onion
1 Red Pepper
1 cup Pineapple (crushed or small chunks)
½ – 1 cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
1 – 1  1/2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 – 1  1/2 tablespoon Hot Sauce
1 – 1  1/2 tablespoon Lemon or Lime Juice

Mix Ingredients:
Cut mango in small pieces.
Chop red onion, red pepper and cilantro.
Combine mango, red onion, red pepper, pineapple and cilantro.
Add brown sugar, hot sauce and lemon or lime juice (to taste).
Tastes best if left in refrigerator overnight.
